I just photographed an Old Hollywood mansion on 3 acres in the heart of Hollywood, with guest house, artist studio, a waterfall, a 50 seat amphitheater, and hiking trails throughout the hillside property, leading up to a greenhouse, and a view of the Hollywood Sign. The residence was allegedly built by Randolph Hearst for Marion Davies. It’s on the market now for $11.25 million.
