The Pacific Palisades residence, photographed by Luke Gibson Photography, from the air and on the ground, was featured in the LA Times real estate section of the Sunday paper. It was sold to the co-founder of Snapchat, and was the 4th highest sale of the week in LA County, at $19.5 million.

Congrats to my client, noted landscape architect, Jay Griffith, for selling his gorgeous Pacific Palisades residence, once owned by actor Eddie Albert, to Snap co-founder, Bobby Murphy.
This 1930s house, listed at $19.5M, was so fun to photograph, along with it’s extensive grounds, pool, views, beautiful landscaping everywhere.

Enjoyed shooting the grounds of a Paul Williams – designed residence in Los Feliz for my fantastic designer client, Chris McCraw, of McCraw Design Development, who renovated the house, and Susan Taylor-Fisher, of Paradise Gardens & Landscape, who redid the landscaping.
Architect Paul R. Williams designed the Colonial-Norman style house for Rodney Alexander Pantages, son of the theater magnate, Alexander Pantages. Rodney Pantages managed the Hollywood Pantages Theater, which his father built in 1929.

Excited that CA Modern Magazine wrote a feature article on Steven Price’s coffee table book on the architecture of Trousdale Estates (Beverly Hills), which I photographed several houses for, and showcased my image of the A. Quincy Jones designed residence in the article (upper right). This was the very first time the owners had ever allowed their house to be photographed and published, so it was an honor to be a part of this special opportunity!
